are all set for your upcoming Dine & Donate Fundraiser on
Tuesday, April 27th, 2010 for the Napa Valley Swim
Team! Attached is your confirmation letter with
lots of ideas on how to make this event as successful as possible,
and the flyer that you will need to distribute in advance of your
event. Please be sure to read over your flyer to ensure the name,
date and the correct Mary’s Pizza Shack location you
requested is all correct. Let me know if
I’ve missed on anything!
NOTE:
Gift card
purchases on the day of your fundraiser will receive a 10%
donation. Food/Beverages will still be a 20%
donation. If you have any questions, please let

Please
note the following about your flyer:
You
can make copies in black & white.
They
can also be reduced to fit 2 or 4 flyers on a page to save money
and paper.
Flyers
may not be distributed at the restaurant or near the
entrance.
Be
sure that each of your guests turns in their flyer when paying
their check. We cannot provide a donation for
any check that does not have a flyer included with
it.
Do not
modify the flyer, as our restaurants may not recognize it as a
legitimate Dine & Donate flyer
